My name is Pora Tardy, I'm 43 yrs old. I have been cooking since the age of 13. Cooking for me is from the heart & soul, I enjoy seeing the reaction of people when they taste what I cook. I am currently attending Le Cordon Bleu to persue a career as a Sous Chef.
