My knowledge was 29 years old. I workded in the "Gastronomique Restaurant" and Hotel in France, in Canada. I had my own bakery in France during few years and after I moved in Australia (Brisbane). I stayed there 3 years and after I found a job in Canada (Edmonton) during 3 years and since december 2014 I started my business "Arno's Fine French Pastry Inc" in Edmonton (CANADA).
