I participated in World Food Championships in 2013, 2014 and finished Top 10 last year in Recipes as sous chef to Veronica Callaghan. I worked in restaurants for several years which inspired me to become a better home chef. During the day, I am a substitute grammar school teacher and mother to AJ and Abbey, both in college. My husband, AJ, loves to eat and encourages and supports my passion for cooking!
