Piggin' Out is a team of 2 best friends, James Taylor and Shannon Walters. We have competed together since 2009. We have no single leader as we make all BBQ decisions together and work toward a common goal. Our system has worked well as we have won 2 KCBS Grand Champions in only 24 contests.
