What do an engineer, a carpenter, a teacher and a prosecutor have in common? Samuel Heights Lowbrow Chili Co. Samuel Heights Lowbrow Chili Co. was founded in Petaluma California in 2015 when a group of friends looking for an excuse to BBQ and make chili decided to throw their hats into the local Chili Cook-off. Three years and 5 awards later, we have proved that we are truly "lacking in refinement... not taste". Blending a range of culinary experience from our own kitchens to our own backyards, Samuel Heights promises to bring our award winning lowbrow taste to Alabama, surpassing even the lowest of expectations.
