Willie and I have been friends for over 15 years. We both share a passion for all things cooking. Several years ago for fun we decided to test our skills and won Best Butt. It's a great hobby. Willie works for a company that manufactures custom plastic bottle. I own a group of 5 radio stations in Chattanooga, TN. Willie's middle name is Otis. So we are Smokin' Otis BBQ.
