I love cooking and competing. Since my early days in sales with IBM to building and selling several companies, the drive to succeed is deep in my soul. My newest opportunity is cooking BBQ in the KCBS association. I am a solo cook team based out of Madison, AL. Some days I do have family and friends who will cook with me. I started KCBS competitions in 2014 as assistant on the Bush League Team and now I am the lead cook. I have competed in 45+ competitions, winning 2 Reserve Grand Champions and many top ten finishes and perfect 180 scores. Still seeking that Grand Championship, but I know it will come. I wouldn't compete at all if weren't for the BBQ family I have established. It is an honor and privilege to spend a weekend cooking and enjoying their company
