Chef Reeves Bell After a horrible accident Reeves started rolling sushi to make his hands work again. He spent eight years working in high-volume slaughter houses in the Southeast USA and gulf coast to perfect his craft. Now he builds sushi programs and offers consultation services. He can currently be found providing a world-class experience with Spectrum Resorts.
