Grew up in a suburb of Kansas city, started cooking as a hobby 20 yrs ago, then the wonderful world of catering was presented upon me. I love what I do with the catering/Hospitality side of the Business.... But man I love to compete and be creative. Fortunate enough to win some awards in my lifetime and be featured on CHOPPED in 2019.
