COMPETITION: World Soup Championship
I joined my first food competition in 2015 and was hooked ever since. I compete in both chili and bbq competitions. In 2016 I won the Alaska State Chili Cookoff and went to the ICS World Championship Chili Cookoff in Reno and took 1st place in People’s Choice for Chili Verde. In 2021 I took 1st place in People’s Choice in the new Open category at the ICS World Championship Chili Cookoff.
