Chief Pastry Officer/Owner at Jaye’s Cake Kingdom, (2000-2016.) Before building my bakery business I liked to enter food competitions and have won Ready Set Cook Competition as Emeril’s Sous Chef, Food & Wine Classic in Aspen 1997. Newman’s Own 1996. I’ve traveled with America’s Test Kitchen as a Chef/Brand Ambassador aboard Holland America Cruises (2016-17.) My 14 month old grandson Crew calls me his Birdie! In July 2022 I was named Manager at the Le Creuset store in Palm Beach County.
