I started working in the food industry at age 14 as a dishwasher/busboy/food prep at an Italian restaurant. I have worked in a variety of restaurants through my career as a line cook, sous chef and now executive chef at The Grumpy Rabbit in Lonoke,Arkansas. I also have done home catering, and event catering through my company Klever Cuisine.
