28 year old pastry chef from Milton nsw. My passion and love for food were fuelled from a young age. With my grandfather being a pastry chef himself, I found myself spending hours in the kitchen watching him bake. Our shared love for food was the foundation of a very strong and special bond between Pop and myself. I grew up on a farm in a small country town on the south coast. As a young child food was a big part of my family as we farmed most of our own produce. Food has allowed me to express myself and my emotions through the design and creation of dishes from my heart. I get great satisfaction seeing people connect with my dishes, seeing the emotional spark that it creates in them, and the smiles that it brings to their faces. I value helping people and making a difference in people’s lives, and believe it’s the little things, like putting a smile on someone’s face that builds a connection between people, families, and communities.
