I'm a self taught competitive cook. I have a Pro Cook Team and catering business as well as being the GM of a BBQ restaurant. I also teach cooking classes. We are currently working with a publishing company on a cook book. My kids are my inspiration and give me my passion for cooking. I am a 2 time SCA World Finalist.
