QUALIFYING EVENT: 2012 WildCard Draw
A relative newbie to the world of competitive cooking contests, Brett has been an incredibly lucky guy. Just back from an all expenses paid trip to Italy after winning Mezzetta's "Picture Perfect Pizza Contest," his next stop is the Napa Valley for Beringer Wine's "Great Steak Challenge" which will be filmed for the Cooking Channel. In the past couple of years, he has won 2 kitchens, was named "America's Next Great Griller" at the Better Homes & Garden's "Chill & Grill" Festival in Chicago, and has been a two-time finalist in the granddaddy of all them all, the "Pillsbury Bake-Off Contest" winning a coveted sponsor prize in his last outing to the iconic contest. But his proudest accomplishment was representing the USA in Seoul, South Korea at the LG Electronics "Life Tastes Good" Global Championship where he competed with finalists representing 22 countries from around the world. He's thrilled to be competing in the World Food Championships and is looking forward to seeing friends, old and new, in Las Vegas!
