Eddie Posas Jr is a legend in Texas BBQ. As the Head Cook of the "This Is It" BBQ Team and catering company of the same name, he has competed in competition BBQ for over 30 years. He is the first hispanic to win the Houston Rodeo World Championship BBQ Cook-off, and not only did he do it once--he did it twice! Consistently performing in top cook-offs, Eddie can be found in the La Grange area of Texas cooking the best BBQ in the Lone Star State.
