We have 7 different flavors total: Hickory & Applewood, Aged Cheddar, Maple & Brown Sugar, Cracked Black Pepper, Roasted Portabella, Spicy 3-Pepper, and Chicken. We sell our sausages to both retail and foodservice industry. Lance also runs a culinary consulting firm called Avery Innovations, LLC.
