My personal culinary background is null. I was an executive of a non-profit addiction facility for seven years prior to deciding to completely change careers and enroll in culinary school. Some still question my sanity, I call it a midlife crisis at 30. Creating in the kitchen and exploring flavor profiles is extremely exciting and profoundly rewarding.
