COMPETITION: World Side-Dish Championship
Jolan Wallace is the lead cook for Wally's Smokin' Pit a competition BBQ team from Southern California. The team started to compete in 2010 in local and regional events. The team is comprised of two brothers and their immediate family members. The team has had success in all KCBS meat categories, but has excelled in pork ribs, chicken and side dishes; especially our award winning potato salad.
