Our team name is Jack Wagon Grillers and we are a husband and wife team, Bo and Margo Richards. Bo is an elevator mechanic and Margo is an elmentary school teacher. We are out of San Angelo, Texas. We have always enjoyed BBQing and became interested in competing. We have a few friends that were already competing and decided to try it. We have experimented in so many ways. Practice is what we do on a daily basis. We are always researching and trying to learn We have been competing in BBQ competitions since 2010. March 2, 2013, Texas Independence Day Cook Off and Celebration, was our proudest moment. We won State Grand Champion. We are proud to represent our hometown and on our way to The World Food Championships.
