QUALIFYING EVENT: FoodChamp Challenge - Recipe
I am a food lover and focus mostly on southwest flavors and grilling. I competed last year at the WFC in the sandwich category with my Grand Prize winning Mezzetta sandwich recipe: Croque Mezzetta. I have also competed in the Better Home and Gardens Chill and Grill and Dole California Cook Off. I love entering cooking contests and cooking for my amazing husband and friends. I recently had my daughter Audrey and am so excited to eventually pass my love of cooking down to her. I look forward to seeing many foodie friends at the WFC!
