I have no formal training but have always loved trying new and creative things in the kitchen. 12 years ago I started making strombolis and eventually discovered pretzels dough is very similar. And the Uncle Paul's Stuffed Pretzel was created. My wife and I lost our corporate jobs 3 years ago and decided to take stuffed pretzels on the road. We invested in a food truck and traveled state line to state line with our 3 kids. After two years we were scene on SPike TV, Food Network and the Cooking Channel and this will be our second year competing in the WFC. Watch OUT cause Here come the MEYERS!!!
