Veronica is a passionate home cook and avid cooking competitor who has competed in dozens of cooking competitions and contests including the 2012 and 2013 WFC, Sutter Home Build a Better Burger, The National Beef Cook Off, The Gilroy Garlic Festival, The Grilled Cheese Academy and the Pillsbury Bake Off. As a two time category winner at The National Beef Cook Off, she is proud to be sponsored for this year's World Food Championships by The Northeast Beef Promotion Initiative. Her sous chef this year is Martine Fusco.
