A tough cookie who moved all the way from Japan to marry to my American husband 5 years ago. I am a housewife who has no culinary education and experience but has strong passion about cooking, and enjoy to cook/experiment in my kitchen everyday. I love to cook something different. My cooking style is fusion which means I cook unique and delicious dishes combined Western and Eastern flavor. That’s my strength. Also as I am competitive, big challenge or pressure motivates me a lot! This is 3rd challenge and I have been competing in Sandwich category. I am going to make very innovative and mouthwatering sandwiches again!
