HEAD COOK: Sharon Holland
COMPETITION: World Recipe Championship
As the chef of our team, Sharon grew up on a beautiful farm in northern Iowa. Her mother was a wonderful cook and prepared all of the meals with fresh produce from their huge garden, as well as, poultry, beef and pork raised on their farm. From a very young age, Sharon found that she was very interested in cooking and has been ever since. As the sous chef of our team, Susan has been creating and designing since she was 4 years old in many different arenas, from being an Art Director/Illustrator in advertising to creating cooking recipes and competing in the culinary world. We both share the love of cooking and entertaining, from intimate dinner parties to large receptions. The combination of our individual backgrounds and passion for Food Sport creates the “best of both worlds” for us competing as a team. As a "Top 10 Recipe Finalist" in the 2015 WFC, we are looking forward to the challenge and the competition of the 2016 WFC. We are "THE DYNAMIC DUO"!!
