My name is Tammie Bachran and I am from Wyandotte, MI. I have only been baking professionally for about 6 years. I found my passion when I went to work for some girls that opened a bakery. When things didn't work out my husband could tell I had finally found something that I truly enjoyed doing..So he told me to start my own bakery. And now 5 years later her I am. I spent the first 3 years growing, branding and marketing the bakery. I would do craft shows, vendors shows, festivals, street fairs, food events and pretty much anything else I could get into. Back in 2015 we finally made the move out of our house and into our 1st store front. I started my bakery doing cake balls which we call cake drops. They are the same as a cake pop but without the stick. I currently carry them in 57 different flavors which in turn any of these can be done as a cake or cupcake. I also do cakes, cupcakes, cookies, chocolate dipped items and a variety of other items BUT the Cake Drops are our specialty item. We love them so much that we started a fundraising program with them 8 months ago and look forward to growing this part of the business by the end of the year. I love to participate in local food events when we can get in front of a large number of participates that get to sample and purchase our cake drops. We have won many awards for them since opening 5 years ago. My dream is to open other locations and even franchise the business.
