I am a home cook that believes food should be an event, not just sustenance. I have competed in local BBQ competitions with pits that I have custom built. I won my ticket to WFC by winning a Jambalaya competition in Ponchatoula, LA I love to create good food that family and friends enjoy. I have always said, "if I did not know what it was like to have nights and weekends off, I would make my living as a Chef". I look forward to competing in WFC, learning new things, and especially meeting new people!
