Smokin’ Gringo’s started in 2013, started cooking Bbq contest at the SBN ( Southern BBQ Network). This experience gave some insight to Cook in the KCBS Bbq contest, which I fell in love with. I’ve always been a guy that likes cooking party food, from tailgates to family and friends events.. Chicken Wings and finger food has always been one my favorite types of food to cook. Brisket, Ribs and Pork is a close 2nd, in my passion of love for food..
