I'm a backyard, self taught cooker with a passion for smoking meats. Cooking began in 2001, in 2009 bought my first high end pit from Pitmaker, 2012 I started my journey in the BBQ competitions. Cooking is life for me, a father of three, and loving wife that supports my crazy passion. God loving man that believes we can save the world with BBQ, everyone loves BBQ.
