Born in the province of Talagante on 02-01-1985, Santiago de Chile with Japanese and Chilean roots. The first Gastronomic steps were when I decided to study collective feeding at Liceo Politecnico N 120, at 13 years, when I finished the 4 years of training, I went to do an internship at the restaurant Kuchen Haus (7 forks, from the mercury newspaper) by Chef Juan Carlos Bozzo (les blanches), when I finished the internship offered me my first job as a kitchen assistant, earning the minimum and working many hours ... During this period, enter the gastronomy school Diego Portales in the center of Santiago, working and studying for 3 and a half years.
