I have been in food service since the age of 18. Worked in restaurants, bakeries, and our food truck. I started competing in bbq 4 years ago and have won many awards including our first Grand Championship in Grand Lake Colorado 2 years ago. I started competing in SCA steak cookoff contests a couple years back and won my golden ticket to the Wold Championships last season in Arizona. I learned to cook at a young age from my father who was a chef himself. My love for food and food sport comes from him.
