Were a friends and family team from Banning,Ca our team consists of head cook Matt Dalton,Moe Lyons,Matthew Dalton and James Miranda.We started competing in May 2010 and haven't stopped since..this year we have not finished any contest outside the top 10 including two GC's and 3 RGC's..really looking forward to competing at WFC..and it will be a great time seeing all of our BBQ friends there as well not to mention all the rest of the food world.
