A Custom Caterer out of Merced , Ca., specializing in Creative menu planning and creating unique handmade appetizers . Coming up with fun, new innovative menus for clients is one of Kellis fondest attributes.\r\nStarting out as a self- taught home cook, she went on to take a hospitality management course at Columbia College in Sonora . They say home is where your heart is and Kellis passion is preparing home- style comfort food with a little twist and lots of love! \r\nGrowing up in the small Hispanic farming community of Planada , Ca. , Kelli has a deep love and appreciation of scratch made Mexican food and loves preparing homemade sauces of dried chiles , salsas and tortillas... Her love and passion of food and cooking shines thru in every dish!\r\nThis will be Kellis 8th year competing in the World Food Championship, where she has remained a consistent and fierce competitor, placing in the Top 5 every year since beginning her WFC career in 2014 in Las Vegas where she won her Catergory in her first year of competition ! Crowned WORLD SANDWICH CHAMPION of both 2014 and 2019 Placing 7th and 4th at the Final Table World Sandwich Champion Runner up in 2015 and placing 3rd in both 2016 and 2017.
