QUALIFYING EVENT: 2012 WildCard Draw
I have been cooking with the ICS for 20-plus years and my endeavors have carried over to my family who also enjoy this sport. My husband, two daughters, and two son-in-laws have come aboard and have become my friendly competitors. I am an ICS Grand Master Red Chili and Grand Master Chili Verde Cook. I had the good fortune to be the ICS 2010 World Salsa Champion. Some other contests that I have competed in are the Pillsbury -Bake-Off, National Beef Cook-Off, National Chicken Contest, first place in Sutter Home Build A Better Burger, first place Woman's Day Magazine Recipe Contest, National Oyster Cook-off , Grand Prize winner in Cheese Recipe Contest to name a few. I have a competitive spirit along with a genuine love of cooking. Looking forward to "putting it on the table" in Vegas. See you there!
