My love of cooking started at young age with mainly grilling. In high school I built my first grill. My first year of Architecture school I started a BBQ Catering Company and build my own BBQ Trailers. It has been Six years of growth from only having 2 parties the first year to know being booked with 49! events not including competitions and vending. I have always dreamed of growing even bigger and becoming nationally known. Last year with competing in the WFC Recipe Challege and placing 9th place, it gave me the determination to grow my BBQ business to the top!
