My name is Carlos Castillo and I started my journey in the culinary field back in 2001 at the legendary Hilton Anatole, after working there as my first job in the United States I worked hard, and slowly by surely I made it to the banquet Kitchen supervisor and after seeing more options for me there I moved to the ritz carlton hotel in downtown and work there for a few months. great experience!! I learned how to work a la carte and I became a great cook in a few months, at least that is what I like to think lol. I received an offer to go back to Anatole as sous chef, to help open the water park (jadewater) at the Anatole and I said yes. I worked there for 2 years and then I transferred to the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre as Banquet sous chef and that is where I am now working as the Executive Chef
