What started as a simple weekend ritual with friends slowly became something bigger than a hobby. Over time, I began developing my products focused on South American BBQ, and that’s when everything changed. I’ve always been drawn to the precision behind great barbecue—the process, the recipes, the small details that make a big difference. That’s where I find the magic. Through many amazing and tasty experiences, I’ve found that humans connect in all kinds of ways—through music, entertainment, culture, and most importantly, FOOD! There’s nothing like sharing stories around the fire over some good BBQ. My journeys have taken me to some of the coolest places in the world—BBQ competitions and festivals across South America, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. Each place had something special to offer, but I couldn’t help feeling the world was missing out on some awesome Latin flavours. For me, BBQ isn’t just about food—it’s about connection, celebration, and sharing a bit of who you are. And I'm proud to keep doing exactly that, one cook-up at a time.
