Rick McMillen
2013 WFC JudgeRick has been editor and chef of Chile Pepper Magazine since November 2010. He began working with Chile Pepper in July 2006. He is the Founder / Developer of Chile Pepper TV and H Texas TV. Rick has been a consultant and "Start up" specialist for over 350 magazines and has been a guest judge for countless "foodie" events.
