I have been competing in BBQ and Chili contests for the last 11 years. While I will be cooking Chili at the WFC under my Chili name Deena's Cantina Chili, I also cook regularly with my husband (Anthony James) on our BBQ team Raven's Fyre BBQ. This will be my third year cooking at WFC. My husband and I cooked in the Burger the first year, I cooked chili last year and did well, while my husband competed in the Sandwich and we are both back this year!! I hope to see him on the final table!
