For Las Vegas we combined two BBQ teams together, BBQ Symphony and Smoked Pioneers BBQ Team. Our team consist of five chefs and one constructing worker.
BBQ Symphony has cooked in USA for several times. 2002 we became second in San Diego World BBQ contest. Seven times we have cooked at the Jack Daniels invitational world BBQ championship.
BBQ Symphony is 6 times Estonian BBQ champion and Smoked Pioneers have been Estonian champion for two times.
