Wooley Bully "BBQ Mafia" consists of myself and my Dad "Pop's" as he's know on the BBQ circuit. I'm a High School Health teacher and Coach of 13years. My Dad is retired and because we live in a small town, our family was always thought to be in the mafia because we lived right in the middle of town in a two story house and my Dad was involved in politics. It became a running joke amongst our family and that's part of the story about how we arrived on our team name. I am very passionate about the sport of competitive BBQ! We have won multiple Grand Championships and are the only team in FBA history to be awarded two perfect scores in (one for brisket, which was the first ever! and one for pork) more than one category. We are looking forward to competing against the best in the sport at the 2013 WFC!
