QUALIFYING EVENT: Taste of Home Canada - Burger Off Contest
A food & travel writer/photographer based in Aylmer, Quebec; Corinna Horton trained at Le Cordon Bleu, spent five years in the kitchen as the owner of Nova Scotia's Dragonfly Inn, and currently works in a big, shiny kitchen in Ottawa. Over the course of many years, Corinna has built a broad repertoir of flavour as well as technique. Heavily influenced by her travels, her passion is food culture and the way a great meal connects us all. "Great food is made with LOVE." Real food advocate and real wine... ummm... drinker...
