Kimberly has been baking since she was a child, with a strong background in art, business management, and customer service. You will usually find her running the order window, and creating cool new cake designs. She loves cake decorating, and is a mommy at heart, so she loves seeing little ones smile as they bite into one of her frosty bites, her own personal creation of fresh baked cupcakes that are stuffed with ice cream. Anthony was born to work in a fast paced kitchen. He has a strong background in food preparation and while having no professional culinary training he could be head chef any almost any restaurant with his creative pallet and natural talent for cooking. He also has a background in manufacturing and repair which comes in handy when dealing with a kitchen that has to produce fresh desserts, and drive at highway speeds all in one day. Anthony is usually manning the fryer where his creative genius is cranking out his signature treat the “fried banana foster”! This husband and wife team can always be seen having fun, smiling, and working hard to make every Custom Confections customer a loyal and happy one. To learn more about how they came to be just ask.
