I've been cooking and baking most of my adult life, first for just my family and then for friends and others. Baking is my first love and I enjoy sharing this love with all of my friends old and new. I've been baking in competition for many years, and enjoy the challenge of baking outdoors using smokers or what ever is available at the time.
