I have been cooking for 15 years, almost 9 in Las Vegas alone. I worked under Gary Danko, Hubert Keller, Alex Stratta, Scott Conant, and David Burke, and various restaurants around the country. I am currently the Executive Chef at Marche Bacchus in Summerlin, Las Vegas.
