Turon is the owner and creative chef at Creative Conecepts and has worked in the foodservice industry for 15 years. Over the last 10 years, Turon has dedicated himself to understanding the business & management side, to be able to start his own food truck/catering company one day. Turon started his own catering business at the age of 19 which gave him the passion to go to culinary school. Since then, he has done multiple events for friends, family and corporate offices. Being a single father has driven him to making some of the best foods that his friends and family has continued to enjoy for years. Turon strives to have the freshest quality of ingredients and product without focusing on just profits. Having a culinary degree doesn't make you a great chef, being dedicated and passionate in what you do every day makes you a great chef (Learned That After He Graduated Culinary School). Turon loves working with people and wants to build the food truck network in Chicago by working with other food truck owners in the city of Chicago & Hammond Indiana. Turon wants to be able to help other food truck owners so they pay it forward to help other food truck operators be successful.
