I am an outstanding, self taught Private Chef and Instructor. I have spent the past 20 years researching, testing, and exploring the culinary world to become the Chef I am today. Finally after nearly 20 years in the corporate world, I walked away to follow my dream. My two passions are Professional Football (Detroit Lions) and cooking. I consider them both full contact sports. Both require careful planning, strategy, contact (with required equipment and people) and confidence. I'm an extremely competitive person and because I prepare, and because I'm confident, I make certain every meal I create for family and friends is a touchdown!!
