I have always loved to cook and began competing in chili competitions in 2010. I was introduced to the world of competitive cooking by my wife, her brother and his wife and I have been hooked ever since. Since starting in 2010, I have been fortunate enough to qualify for 6 International Chili Society World Chili Championships. While I love the competitive aspect of these cook-offs, one of the most rewarding aspects of this hobby has been the friendships that we have developed with so many wonderful cooks across the country.
