COMPETITION: World Dessert Championship
As a competition BBQ Team, we have been competing for the last 9 years in both the meat and dessert categories on the BBQ circuit. We have consistently placed in the top 3 in the dessert category and have even achieved a perfect 180 score. I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen and bringing the New Mexico Chile flare to all of my dishes, from main dishes to desserts. Both of my grandmother's and my Father have been my mentors for my culinary experiences in the kitchen. As this will be our 3rd time at the World Food Championship, I\'m excited about going to the biggest food championship that there is.
