Eric Harland has over seven years experience in the industry, and has never been more dedicated and passionate about producing high quality, creative and innovative dishes for the public during catered events and for private clients. After competing in the World Food Championship for the past 3 years, his creativity and innovative in marketing concepts has added value to not only his culinary brand but also to the Food Sport industry. Eric's Culinary roots are BBQ and all things Grilling with personal appearances on The Kelly & Micheal Show for American's New Grill Star, American Grilled TV Show on Destination America, winning 2015 Macy's Grilling Guru to local monthly TV appearances sharing the love of the grill and teaching your everyday backyard griller new techniques.
